  • Delivered most critical 750 + telecom sites in Chandigarh and Haryana as Site Acquisition Lead of Airtel's own acquisition team. These were those sites which could not be delivered by any Telecom Infrastructure Provider in the region.
  • Acquired Retail as well as Institutional sites to boost up telecom sales through deployment of new telecom tower. Each telecom site generated on an average 2.5 lac revenue monthly.
  • Ensure timely and successful erection of mobile towers through vendor allocation and ground management.
  • Actively manage and maintain relations with the local authorities and liaison with government departments for RoW/tower permissions and acquisition of government land/buildings for network expansion.
  • Manage operational issues on existing operational sites and ensure zero downtime.
  • Working knowledge of the State RoW policy of Union Territory Chandigarh, Punjab as well as Haryana, and ensure 100% compliance and network expansion in line with the guidelines laid by the respective state authorities.
  • Maintaining record of all compliance documents related to towers, dealing with government offices in compliance-related matters and representing on behalf of the company.
  • Being the state SPOC, attended District Level Telecom Meetings called upon by the competent authorities for RoW related issues and seek support from Department of Telecommunication/Term cell for resolution of such issues.
