• Operation and Maintenance of Control Panel with PLC Relays, AIO & DIO modules, FR Monitor MFR, PLC (Bachman), with CAN bus communication & Optical Fiber Communication and AC drives.

• Operation and Maintenance of Power Panel, Capacitor Panel with Thyristor, IGBT, Soft Starter, Battery Bank and UPS of WTG.

• Knowledge of Capacitor, Battery Charger, Frequency Converter, ACB {Make ABB} VCB {Make Stelmac, C&S}, Transformer Electrical Motor all Components.

• Operation and Maintenance and knowledge in different type of Sensor’s used in WTG like- Inductive proximity sensor, wind sensor, Temperature sensors, Position Encoder, Resolver, Vibration sensor, Twist stop sensor, Frequency convertor Drive Etc.

• Maintenance of 3-phase induction motor, Pitch & Yaw Drives and gear box.

• Making KAIZAN and implementation of DCI/TCI.

• Make WTG related reports like SAP, DPR (Daily Production Report).

• Part of Monthly, Half-yearly, Yearly WTG maintenance as per as ISO procedures.

• Maintenance of HT Yard (33KV/690V) Transformer.

• Handle Safety Stewards work and conduct worksite inspections, to conduct the various Mock Drills.

• Active Member of Site 3s & Quality.

• Good knowledge of PLC SCADA also troubleshoots related error.

• WTG Restoration work.

• To Maintaining the M.A. MTBF & MTTR.
