• Build safety culture in warehouse and Put a road map to reduce Safety instances by 50% in year.
• worked alongwith sales team to build Order Management system in Gujrat and will be followed up next region phase wise, Fill rate improved 95% to 100% in Gujrat
• worked with sales and Prod team for planning of premium SKU's and reduce expiry of the products from 0.5% to 0.2% by introducing 100% adherence to FC and curtail down SKU list to have full run size production

1.) Set-up of Dedicated Trucks for north region to curtail the GAP between supply and demand and calculate the reverse logistic in coordination with supplier to bring back 100% Old bottles

2.) Expert in liaison in state excise , state excise affairs, coordination with Excise commissioner office to get labels, Map, Brand and issues clearance

3.) Worked alongwith central Team for increase in Empty bottle returns, extensive market visit carried on to understand

4.) Built safety culture in warehouse and managed to put engineering controls to curtail down the man machine movements

5.) Worked alongwith OEM to have more eng controls on FLT's

6.) Conducted CRS alongwith HO team to review Logistics issues and captured right task to curtail down the same

7.) Worked with sales team to push for early indents and increased the Week 1 compliance from 18% to 25%
