Resiliant Implementation and configuration Engineer who focus on designing, implementing, and configuring organization's IAM system ensuring secure and efficient user access to resources
Part of requirement gathering sessions with Business teams, customers,developers and translates into technical deliverables through Agile Framework.
Managing installation, upgrade and deployment of IAM projects and provides direction for production support teams
Manages the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, Application onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting. Devops custom workflows and rules, integrating with other authorized systems and ensuring the overall health and performance of the IAM solution.
Experience in IIQ upgrades from 8.x to 8.4 p2 (LTS) with minimal downtime and successful migration of roles and policies.
Integrated IIQ with enterprise systems like Active Directory, IAMDW(HR Database), SAP, ServiceNow, and custom applications.
Deploying the solutions/changes to IAMDW DB, SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint FAM applications through azure Devops tool during non-business/business hours depending upon the implementation scope.
Experience in SailPoint FAM upgrades with minimal downtime and successful migration of existing infrastructure to newer versions on both the production and non-production environments.
Installation and Migration of various FAM services to different servers as part of architectural improvements on SailPoint FAM infrastructure.
Experience in Apache Tomcat upgrades on various Linux application servers in both the non-production and production environments with successful migration of application to newer versions.
Implemented and fine-tuned One Access reviews and worked with IAM Architects to maintain and design security Access Model.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including security, audit, and application owners to maintain compliance and governance.
Deploys security patches on application servers in both production and non-production environment to protect the infrastructure from many critical/high priority vulnerabilities.
Performs integration with various authoritative sources and target systems using connectors (AD,SAP,LDAP, DB, JDBC and web services).
Experience in working with different Agile development methodologies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
Enhancing system performance by optimizing configuration settings and implementing best practices.
Performs root cause analysis of recurring problems in system configurations, implementing long-term solutions that addressed underlying issues rather than symptoms alone.
Provides training and support to team members on configuration management tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Leading efforts to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system configurations, minimizing downtime during critical operations.
Remediates vulnerabilities reporting on supporting applications and protects the organization from security breeches.
