  • Leading Four Lab center Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Varanasi & Lucknow (Dotted Reporting) generating monthly revenue of 2cr from as direct reportee of 16 people.
  • Contributed 21% in total revenue of BFI in FY 23-24
  • 100+ drs refer pateint to all four center
  • 2VC and 11 AFC doctors are on boarded by me.
  • Allahabad, Gorakhpur & Lucknow center are running in positive cash flow.
  • In Uttar Pradesh, BFI is third largest chain in term of OPU, Revenue and New Patient.
  • Launch two greenfeild project of Allahabad and Gorakhpur.
  • Prayagraj started in mid of Q-3 of FY 23-24 with ever highest no of patient booked (5 IVF Cycle & 2 IUI and total 14 new patient registered) for IVF on Day 1 of official operational center in BFI. Make this center Ebidta postive in Q-4 with revenue growth of 89.5% QoQ. Close Q-1 of FY24-25 closed with 30% growth QoQ.
  • Gorakhpur Center started mid of Q-4 FY22-23, with ever highest no. of new patient (78) registered in Feb BFI. From Q-1 to Q-2 growth 35%, Q-2 to Q-3 growth of 38% and turns Ebidta +ve, From Q-3 to Q-4 growth of 8%.
  • Revamp Varanasi center with 20+ new doctors conversion, 3 AFC tie-ups in Q-1 of FY 24-25.
  • Lucknow Center touch 1cr revenue in March 2024 as benchmark for Platinum center with 30% Ebidta +ve in FY 23-24
