• I play the role of a Learning & Knowledge Management Consultant, catering to the learning and training needs of Accenture Strategy Industries Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) teams
• Support the Accenture Strategy Industries Learning & Leadership
  Development (L&LD) teams with there training needs by updating Learn pages, Collections, Media Channel & Learning boards Platforms.
• Data Analysis and Reporting with Strong Collaboration Skills
• Analyze monthly metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with teams to source data, analyze it, and prepare presentations.
• Share monthly dashboards with key leads.

• Develop and implement communication strategy and coordinating across internal business groups and managements
• Execute internal communication campaigns by coordinating with the team of content writers, designers and web developers
• Review the content and design before the delivery
• Specialized in Accenture branding policies and design standards
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
• Execute multiple projects at a time and deliver in a timely manner
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
• Supporting on numerous collaboration related activities, like managing Circle & Collection pages
• Managing the collaboration activities of Circle pages and updating it with regular content to keep the discussions interactive and ongoing
• Ideating the topics of discussions and showcasing the same in an interesting manner
• Also, was responsible for creating collaboration app reports that includes knowing about number of followers, visits, clicks etc
• And analyzing the data to strategize and plan out activities to increase the Circle’s visibility
• I have a brief knowledge about Internal sites, Learning Board, Group Blogs, Team sites.

• Provide resolution for Bank employee problems, issues, requests and queries
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation and follow up of all incidents
• Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact
• Not only plan and create the training programs for our Employees but also resolve their functional and technical issues while generating the status reports of the users when they take these training programs
• Attend all Client, internal Stake holders’ calls (SCCL’s, SDO, OADM, others)
• Ensure SLAs(Service level agreement) and quality parameters are met by team and thus providing noiseless service delivery
• Data extraction, data analysis and report preparation
• Timely delivery of Management and other regular reports
• Weekly and Monthly reviews with team (Productivity, Quality)
• Identify the gaps and follow up with concerned teams for closure of any data requirements
• Worked on implementing Gen4/5 automation tools in the team
• Received many rewards for the excellent Client Management, Team work, Team management in the Team and Management group.

• Worked for Accenture Procurement Services from Nov 2007 to Aug 2008 - Provide assistance to Bank employees to raise PO - Purchase order to procure things on Ariba and till the payment is completed which includes overall task called Procure to Pay
• Worked on WQM (Work queue management) Tool for ticketing all the queries that we received from Bank employees
• Exposure: Got an opportunity to go to Mumbai Accenture in 2007 and provide training to the Pharma team on tool WQM (Work Queue Management).
