• Ariba Upstream capabilities including Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, Ariba Supplier Information.
• Deep skills and experience in design, implementation and deployment of SAP Ariba upstream processes (Contracts & Sourcing) and exposure to Ariba downstream process.
• Knowledge on contract compliance, CLID & Guided Sourcing.
• Performed migration activity of Contracts, PR from legacy system to Ariba.
• Analysis and Creation of Ariba Analytical Reports.
• Issue / Status Tracking– Provides daily updates to management and escalates critical issues with the SAP Team.
• Coordinate and manage testing process with customer from engagement to deployment.

• Experience with analysis, Enhancement customization, Support and Configuration of SAP Ariba Contract Management & Sourcing Project.
• Partial Implementation of cloning the Contract Management Templates.
• Perform the regression and specific testing for all the new enhancement or change in existing functionality.
• Participate in short term planning sessions with clients to implement process improvement within an assigned client area.
• Level 3 and Level 2 support for resolving incidents and Root cause analysis for problem review tickets.
• Driving the development of functional and system specifications.

• Strategic & Contractual support to Upstream Engineering Centre
• Drafting Engineering Contracts (Master Agreements, Standalone
Agreements, Sub Agreements, Purchase and Service Orders) and discussions / Negotiations on contract clause exceptions with Suppliers as advised by Category leads.
• Responsible for managing & executing end to end Sourcing projects for
Upstream Engineering Centre (UEC)
• Accountability for running e sourcing RFX events using Ariba One Source Review and manage the supplier base in Ariba and SAP to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategies.
• Suppliers Risk Assessment - Screenings/Pre-qualification and Counterparty Due Diligence (CDD).
• Work through multiple repositories & tools such as SAP Ariba etc.

• Planning of material and creating stock transfer.
• Monitoring and resolution of the issues in day to day material planning raised across 21 warehouses.
• Preparing daily stock reports, MRP reports and weekly SCM reports etc.,
• Interstate warehouse stock auditing, creating purchase order and related goods receipts.
• Support of live systems as well as upgrades and enhancements.
• Working on functional design in the area of supply and primary distribution.
