• Handling 14 UCB EBOs in Kerala & Tamilnadu including all channels.
• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
• Timely accounts reconciliation between finance & partner.
• Profit & Loss account management at store as well as partners portfolio level.
• Identifying new markets & planning new doors accordingly.
• Furthermore, responsibilities include handling operational issues at the stores, organizing trainings and grooming staff at the stores, verifying adherence to VM Standards, facilitating audits, and building and maintaining Partner relationships.

Buying and Merchandising

• Creating store-wise/ category wise orders as per allocated OTB and past season Learnings for company owned stores.
• Aligning and driving wholesale partners to buy as per OTBs while maintaining the overall look and feel of the brand.
• Ensure the new season range section is in sync with international trends, consumer requirement, global brand direction & historical season trends.
• Achieving targeted full price sell through in sync with commercial targets for the season.
• Weekly analysis and review of sell thru reports to assess merchandise performance (mid-season sales analysis/ sell thru analysis. Highlight season performance, best sellers and take requisite corrective action on bottom sellers to achieve the desired sell thru and margin target for the season.

• Analyzing store performance on target vs achievement & taking corrective measures also prepare action plan for shortfalls.
• Shrinkage Control.
• Maintain Store VM as per Guideline.
