I have a keen interest in Organizational field of Psychology. This Internship helped me to learn about how to help workers against the unfair management in ways that not only succeed in achieving workers' goals but also developing coping skills.

1. Significant correlation between self compassion, interpersonal support and anxiety during times of corona, 2021-09-01, 2021-12-01

Result shows there's a significant correlation between these 3 variables.

This study aimed at finding whether Management style, anxiety and Subjective happiness in MNC professionals of the Tricity area, India have a significant relationship. It was found that the more Y theory based style of leadership was prevalent.

• Psychotherapies, Psyched Foundation, Online, 2021-06-01, 2021-06-01, I got to learn about the different Psychotherapies, CBT, gestalt, psychodynamic, solution focused therapies, in the sessions, with assessments and practical implications. It was a 10 days workshop with therapy submissions.
• Counselling Techniques And Skills, Tairas Mental Health Care, Online, 2021-05-01, 2021-07-01, Here, I'm understanding the concepts of counselling psychology and different skills, techniques that should be given to the client in the needs of time. That includes role of a therapist and active listening, feelings and needs, etc.
