• Managed project from the initiation to the closure phase while ensuring adherence to Organizational, contractual and CMMI standards and Processes.

• Prepared Technical Proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs, conclude d TNCs and participated till conclusion of orders.
• Converted RFPs to SRS documents.
• Finalized Interface Control Documents of System with various equipment (sensors & weapons) onboard the platforms.
• Prepared detailed System Architecture including FIDs, IDDs, IRS.
• Additionally, served as Internal System Quality Assurance (SQA) Auditor for CMMI L3 ver 1.2.

• In-charge of System Integration.
• Undertook Hardware and Software Integration at Integrated Factory Acceptance Test (IFAT) site, isolated FRs and ORs and coordinated their resolution at cross-functional level.
• In-charge of User Acceptance Test (UAT) Program. Prepared User Acceptance Test Documents (ATPs, ITPs).
• Prepared System User Manuals, Installation Manuals and Training Manuals.
• Devised and managed Training Workshops to users (Defense personnel).

Project: Combat Management System for Indian Navy

• Developed Fault Management Software for tracking of FRs/ORs during Integration.
• Prepared specification for RFPs/tenders for HW procurement and finalized vendors based on vendor evaluation matrix.
• Maintained Software Integration Environments.
• Conducted Internal System Testing based on SRS and UATs.
• Successfully conducted activities like STW (Setting to Work), II (Installation Inspection), HATs (Harbour Acceptance Trials) and SATs (Sea Acceptance Trials) on board at customer site.
