- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
- Taking disciplinary action when required
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
- Motivate Team members

- Internal movement as Quality Analyst for Safety Response Team, and taking care of Global “CARE”
- Training – Currently training a batch of 25 members - Vendor side
- Achievements in Ola: Joined as Executive and got Promoted as Team Coach on May, 2014 and promoted as Team Leader on 13th May’2015
