More than 09 years of experience in the field of Project and Maintenance in Pellet plant, Iron ore Beneficiation with exposure to different kinds of challenging conditions & innovative ideas.

I am a part of team during commissioning of 3.75MT Pellet Plant at Rungta Mines ltd. And active role in commissioning of Slurry Tanks, Duct line, Screen, Induration building and Conveyor line .And in Vale pelletizing plant (Oman), I individually maintained T.G, Pan conveyor, and Participate and completed 7nos of major shutdowns from 2015 to 2022 with ZERO Harm.

• Maintenance of 4.5 MTPA palletization plant overall mechanical maintenance of equipment like Induration machine, Traveling Grate, Annular cooler, ID & Scrubber fans, Belt conveyor, Product screens, DDRS, Pellet car & Induration furnace area and pan conveyor etc.
• Active participation work in modification of machine & equipment which helps to increase the effectiveness and productivity of plant.
• Work on Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance.
• Managing of Plant Shut Down activities, Generating Standard Maintenance Procedure for Maintenance related activities.
• Maintain and update documents like manuals work permit, work instruction, check list.
• Controlling & maintaining the Inventory activities such as procuring equipment and spares of the department without affecting productivity.
• To be responsible for safety and 5S, Housekeeping during all mechanical maintenance Job.
