• Performed quality checks on parts before, during and after heat treating processes using appropriate measuring instruments such as Rockwell tester or Brinell hardness tester.
• Verified that all paperwork associated with each job was completed properly.
• Provided technical support to production staff as needed.
• Examined raw materials and production components to verify quality and characteristics required for successful heat treating.

As a Foundry I was exposed to various foundry operations and gained hands-on experience in metal casting processes. My main responsibilities were:

• Assisting with the preparation of molds and cores for casting a variety of metal components used in mining equipment and machinery.
• Performing visual inspections and dimensional checks on cast products to identify defects, such as porosity, shrinkage, and surface irregularities.

During my apprenticeship as a CNC Operator and Quality Control Inspector, I acquired basic skills in the operation and maintenance of CNC machinery and quality control processes. My key responsibilities included:

• Regular machining processes, making necessary adjustments to machine settings, and troubleshooting any issues during production.
• Performing quality inspections on finished components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection.
