Also restoration over Slow Links. Hence suggested customer to Move AWS storage gateway with Modified cost solution the same was great success.
Amazon SSM
Design and Implemented free Amazon SSM solution to Patch All EC2 instances , this solution completely reduced the SCCM Per License cost. Currently customer has 1000 Ec2 Instances, all Instances SCCM License completely removed from Renewal.
On Amazon SSM, Each Ec2 instance will reach Internet to scan and download Patches. hence this will create Internet download cost per Ec2, to overcome an WSUS server placed to download one time patch from Internet and the WSUS server will provide patches to Local Ec2 instances.
Also Introduced Software Deployment using Amazon SSM Documents.
Virtualization
Headed Vmware Upgrade and Vulnerability remediation Project twice (5.5 to 6.0 and 6.0 to 6.5) zero downtime to Production VM and Zero escalations. Introduced Most of the VM ware Best practices and Hardening Practice to Customer environment.
