  • Responsibility for defining & designing the product & policy development strategy, along with the successful communication and delivery of the strategy and deep understating of requirement gathering process via different channels and connect with the other functions for new implementation in process for business generation.   • Handling all R&R (domestic & international destinations), incentive, & payout programs for home loans. Effectively downloading/driving the scheme to the last level and driving the motive behind the incentive scheme planned.
  • Effective handling of First Time Bounced cases and ensuring that QMC and Non-Starter cases are minimized initially and thereby making it ZERO. Analyzing weak customers and initiating activities for change of behaviors with various activities/camps/cm service etc.
