1. As Plant Operation Head responsibility of all processes from Greige input to final packing and dispatches.

2. Process control and process flow setting of all processes.

3. Responsibility of delivering excellent quality Right First Time at Optimized costs.

4. Production planning as per as priorities and on time deliveries.

5. Continious working on Projects like Right First Time, Cost Controls, OTIF , Utility controls, Workman control.

6. Customer handling and plant inner healthy communications so to get maximum outputs.

7. Responsibility of monitoring stocks and maintaining stocks from Greige , Stores, Dyes & Chemicals etc.

8. New Developments and trials for alternative dyes and chemicals so to save costs and achieve better quality.

9. Responsibility of team development and training of subordinates so to align all team members along with organizational goals.
