“Learning and drive for delivering results” have been my philosophy in life , which I have thoroughly done both in my professional and academic life. In an overall career spanning 16 years, the first 5 years have been spent working at the grass root level in implementing and overseeing pro-poor development programs, the last 11 plus years I have been associated with Fulbright and managing their various grants program.

  • Administered 300+ research grants at Fulbright Commission In India, New Delhi
  • Set and oversaw yearly budget of $2.5 million.
  • Strategically planned and implemented multiple programs from conception , implementation , monitoring and successful execution / closure.
  • Instrumental in playing pivotal role in collaboration with National Level Government organizations like CSIR , AcSIR, UGC and ICAR.
  • Responsible for screening, selections and publicity of various senior level Fulbright fellowships.
  • Lead engagements with more than 1000+ Heads / Vice Chancellors, 272 Fulbright Campus representatives and 300 plus Fulbright Alumni across the country.
  • Ensured greater publicity of Fulbright fellowships in underrepresented institutions, NGOs and student communities.
  • Enhanced Fulbright’s visibility in underserved states/UTs like Jammu & Kashmir, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan; developed and implemented an outreach strategy to increase the Indian application pool.
  • Collaborative leader with expertise in international strategic visioning and execution to achieve global ambitions for education institutions.
  • Pitched and built new programming strategies and one-off feature shows to boost audience interests and diversify offerings.
  • Analysed 15 years data to identify trends and areas for improvement in Fulbright fellowships. Presented report for internal circulation.
