• Administered 300+ research grants at Fulbright Commission In India, New Delhi

• Pitched and built new programming strategies and one-off feature shows to boost audience interests and diversify offerings.
• Analysed 15 years data to identify trends and areas for improvement in Fulbright fellowships. Presented report for internal circulation.

• Spearheading and supporting the efforts of the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) towards strengthening local governance in the State with specific focus on Capacity Building and Training (CB&T) programmes.
• Led training of 33,000 odd Panchayati Raj members in the state.
• Instrumental in supporting SIRD Odisha’s efforts to develop a web based platform for knowledge management (https://sirdodisha.nic.in
• Developed different communication strategies for Department of Panchayati Raj, Government of Odisha.
• Worked closely with Odisha State Aids Control Society and Odisha National Rural Health Mission.
• Conducted Project monitoring, evaluation and capacity development of 100 NGOs in 10 districts of Odisha.

• Steering and End to End planning, coordination and implementation of the Link workers project of UNICEF among youth below 18 years in Medak district at Lepra Society.
• Acted as a team leader in group projects, delegating tasks and providing feedback. Identified issues, analysed information and provided solutions to problems..

● Established the process of maintaining and updating project level critical data, NGO progress reports, sectoral reports, communications, manuals and important project documents.

● Accountable for stakeholder communication through periodic publishing of Quarterly and Half Yearly Progress Reports of the project. Stakeholders involved the European Union (donor), Govt of India and State Departments.

● Pioneered the process of documenting high impact stories of the project , best practices and in sectoral interventions. Was awarded the best story among 51 countries by CARE Atlanta.
