T&D Loss Reduction Activity :

• Root cause analysis to reduce T&D losses.
• Implementation of Consumer Indexing to calculate DT wise loss figure.
• Executed loss reduction program through installation of O/H cable and PMDB, DT-wise meter shifting, service cable optimization, mass dehooking drive, non-actual billing reduction, and meter input gland sealing.
• Implementation of Modified Side entry meter Box and PMDBs with Insulated bus bar in loss prone areas.
• Vigilance Booking under section 135 of India electricity act 2003 and Realization (Reflected in MU saving), Binder-wise Consumption Drop cases checking, Non-consumer Conversion and OS recovery monitoring.
• Engaged opinion makers and influential leaders to build relationships.
• By creating a scheme, the theft prone area is blocked and subsequently closed at a specific time; simultaneously, vendor billing is verified and approved.

O&M Activity :

• Demand forecasting, Network Planning, Load growth Analysis.
• Administered day to day activities like Load Management, maintaining least downtime
• Implementation of proper load management by reducing overloading and unbalanced loading of transformers.
• Audit/Survey of transformers, RMUs/Switchgears, HT/LT Feeders.
• Minimize supply restoration time in case of HT/LT breakdown.
• To monitor the 11 KV feeder maintenance according to MTMM (Multitrait-multimethod).
• To monitor Asset Codification and shine writing in RMUs and HT poles in the Corporate level
• Implementation of HT spacer and O/H FPI to identify the faults.

Revenue Management :

• Responsible for New Service Connection, Customer care services, Metering and Revenue collection of complete zone.
• To reduce the number of connection days by planning the team movement.
• Resolved significant customer bill disputes by scheduling and organizing customer service centers, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling and organizing camps for revenue collection and billing disputes in low turn-up areas.
• To maximize Collection Efficiency and reduction of Non-actual billing within 2%
• Identified and implemented targeted schemes to improve collection efficiency and increase customer turnout in agricultural areas.

Network Management :

• Monitored and coordinated operation and maintenance activities at corporate level to enhance distribution network reliability, performing diagnostic analysis and implementing corrective actions to minimize faults.

Energy Audits :

• Energy audit at DT level in the distribution area.

Metering Management :

• Commissioned and tested input and crossover meters at multiple points in power distribution network to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Commissioning & Testing of industries meter like, HTTVM (High Tension Tri Vector Meter), LTTVM (Low Tension Tri Vector Meter with accuchek & also testing of LTCT, combined CTPT with testing kit.
• Implemented DTR-AMI project across entire division in 3 months, improving data collection and monitoring capabilities.

• Distribution Transformer revamping: We have formulated an implementation plan to refurbish over 450 distribution transformers across the city and calculated the total capital expenditure (CAPEX) and return on investment (ROI) for this project.
• Assessed losses and analyzed 900+ distribution transformers in Kota, developed action plan to reduce transformer-related losses.
• Managed overloading to minimize distribution transformer burnouts and failures, prevented insulation breakdown from moisture and heat, and addressed power thefts through joint inspections at maintenance vendor's workshop to ensure quality standards.
