SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation

• Responsible for Setup & Maintenance of complete SAP Infrastructure for PCIL and Anrak
• Day to day monitoring and management of network, OS and SAP BASIS Administration.
• Review and manage hardware sizing on a continual basis to meet all statutory and functional requirements of organization
• Maintaining up to date requirements through deployment of ECC on RISC (Intel Itanium) Architecture on top of HP UNIX

Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP /SIP)

• Championed process improvement initiatives that led to significant cost savings without compromising on quality standards.
• Responsible for Setup & Maintenance of complete VOIP structure for PCIL and Anrak
• Have set up a robust internal private VOIP network within Penna Group to ensure seamless and cost-effective communication across all locations. This has been achieved using advanced UNIFY IP PBX systems with best in class Latency.

Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN)

• Spearheaded infra team to set up SD-WAN solution by replacing traditional MPLS network across Penna group
• Deployed solution ensures sharing of internet bandwidth across locations for effective utilisation.
• Responsible for Setup & Maintenance of all the Firewalls and other security equipment for Penna Group.

Penna Corporate Office Infrastructure

• Spearheaded infra team to set up entire IT Infrastructure for corporate office which includes following.

Employee Self Services Portal (My portal)

• SPOC for entire project including design, setup and maintenance of application landscape
• Have used complete virtual environment for landscape. Solution is deployed on VMWARE ESXI which is bare-metal hardware virtualization
• Has been successfully running since 2014 without any issues

IP Surveillance Solution (CCTV)

• Single handedly ensured deployment of IP CCTV across PCIL locations to ensure best safety and security standards
• Responsible for Setup & Maintenance of complete CCTV Solution for PCIL

Customer relationship management (Salesforce)

• Integrated Salesforce CRM with SAP ECC 6.0 through REST & SOAP methods.
• Ensured that SAP ECC environment is properly exposed to public domain.
• Implemented NetWeaver Gateway Server solution which would communicate with primary ECC trough trusted RFC

Automated MRP Printing

• Evaluated multiple OEM's and their capabilities and finalised best solution for deploying Automatic MRP printing along with Unique Batch number on the cement bags.
• Solution was custom designed along with 10 feet LED display including bag counting.
• Process is fully automated by keeping multiple interlocks with belt, packer, and counters. Step is first of its kind in the cement industry which will avoid back loading of cement and maintain healthy competition in market.
• Developed .net based application which will take delivery related info from SAP and push the info to MRP Printing application.

Vendor Management Portal (Supplier portal)

• Responsible for infrastructure requirements of the supplier portal.
• Developed three system landscape built on HTML5 with MySQL database. Hardware includes X86 Architecture with open source Linux platform
• Have ensured that system is stable and both production and testing environments have been virtualized

Customer Portal (CARE)

• Handled complete infrastructure for in-house application to cater 4500 customers
• Optimized solution through use of virtual environment on VMWARE.
• Successfully running solution without glitches from 2016.
• Managed budgets effectively, achieving financial objectives while maintaining strict control over expenditures.
