• Responsibilities: Non-essential and essential (Non-large & Grocery).
• Planning, managing and leading the daily operations of Inbound, Outbound, NCOB, IWIT and RC at Flipkart Fulfilment Centre.
• Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods in order to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards.
• Analysing the forecast vs actual throughout for inventory planning.
• Complete tracking of warehouse metrics and performance index.
• Responsible for providing justifying RCA and CAPA for breaches of various departments to central and zonal.
• RC management for Customer Return/Non-moving/Damage items and maintaining aging report for fast, slow, moving, non-moving items and coordinate with team for removing stocks.
• Responsible for Cross function deployment, Skill level assessment, Roaster planning, MIS reporting, Space Planning, Infra & IT.

• Working on Six different Verticals Supply Chain Management, First and­ Last Mile Operations, Vendor Management, Fleet Management, Line Haul, Reconciliation, Team Handling and day to day warehouse operations of entire Jharkhand .
• Taking Care of First and Last Mile operations of Flipkart Inhouse city Logistics of Six Districts of Jharkhand in Large Division.
• SPOC of Line Haul and Milk Run of entire Jharkhand.
• Vendor Management: SPOC of Transporters in entire Jharkhand.
• Fleet Management: Repair and maintenance of the Vehicles available for the on time deliveries of the Orders.
• Tracking of all variable costs related to Warehouses, Fleet related expenses and manpower.
• Strategic planning and Cost reduction initiatives of entire Logistics in Jharkhand.
• Responsible of Expansion and Searching of new scope of deliveries area in Jharkhand.
• Responsible for optimum fleet Vs Manpower utilization.

Ensure smooth functioning of supply chains through optimized dispatches across destinations while maintaining a maximum FAD rate of 98%, resulting in a 20% increase in warehouse efficiency.

Streamlined the freight cost management process by evaluating route parameters, freight cost analysis and carrier selection techniques to reduce transportation costs by 13%

Coordinated with multiple stakeholders (e.g: warehouse, carriers, vendors etc.) to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
