- Supported Samsung API testing efforts as Senior Software Quality Engineer from June 2025 to present.
- Used Postman and cart page validation to help verify API behavior and checkout flows.

The application has logic that is in accordance with Truist's established credit risk policies and has built in controls to ensure the accuracy of the losses being keyed into and processed by the application. The application also provides detail used for loss analysis purposes.

For testing Prepaid, Postpaid, Fleet, SOHO Plan for the customer in multiple environments to raise a complaint, create ticket, send communicated Mail, letter and change Customer Details if requested from customer.
