• Configuring, administrating, troubleshooting, migrating & maintenance of Firewall such as Fortigate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint firewalls. Also worked on Panorama, Forti Analyzer,
  Forti Manager etc. Configure and analyse packet capture using Wireshark.
• Analyze syslog event generated from firewall.

• Configuring & editing access policy on security devices such as Palo Alto through Panorama
  Fortigate through Forti Manager and Checkpoint through Smart Console, to meet customer requirements

• Performing Fine-tuning activities on firewall devices by adding specific services ports to generic access policies, by implementing IP based policies and by deleting Expired and Unused access policies.
• Extracting the reports from Palo Alto firewall & Forti analyser to create monthly MIS report for customer and taking backup for security devices on weekly basis.
• Creating and troubleshooting VPN Tunnels (IPSEC/SSL) for Palo Alto firewall devices.

• Supply data on resolvable firewall issues to the vendor Technical Assistance Centres (TAC) and
  with assistance from the vendor technicians, advance towards full resolution of the issues
