- Worked on the implementation of 'INDsights' - a product aimed at improving the shareability and DAU of the app by providing finanacial portfolio insights and news to users in an Instagram stories like. Mainly contributed by conducting user interviews, running A/B experiments and in the ideation of concepts
- Worked on the 0-1 phase of credit card tracking by contributing mainly towards research and implementation of the parsing of credit card monthly statement PDF's that users receive on their Gmail across all the different credit card providers.
- Worked on the Account Aggregator system by improving the onboarding funnel of both Equity tracking and Bank tracking from under 15% to greater than 30% by solving the issues at each step of the funnel one by one across 2 quarters. Also worked on the integration of an Account Aggregator to the platform by mainly leading cross team collaboration and integration testing.
- Worked on integrating the existing tracking data and tracking funnels to the Indian stocks FnO onboarding funnel to ensure easy and swift whitelisting of users based on their Financial data to FnO trading
- Led migration of all tracking products [Equity tracking, bank tracking, PPF tracking, Bonds tracking, EPF tracking and NPS tracking] from Web to Flutter end to end. The migration also focused on improving the design and user experience while improving the onboarding funnels and addressing user issues that were faced in the V1 version of all these projects
