  • This was a support or a managed project in AMS to close all the I/CRs as per the business users that were raised on SOLMAN
  • Users from various departments would raise a ticket in their respective module such as FI CO, MM, PP, HCM, SD
  • Most of the I/CRs were closed w.r.t ITIL framework as per standard functionality available in SAP if not, then ABAPer would develop it across different modules

  • Goal of this role was to manage all currently running Implementation Technical Projects to complete the development
  • Directed developer teams project wise, monitor the WRICEF objects for completion as per Man Days approved by clients in a stipulated Realization Phase for each client
  • Work involved right from monitoring TDL's work if they have gone through the FS document and approved
  • Once the document is approved then monitor if the TDL has allocated a developer to that particular object in time to start the developments as per schedule
  • Post this monitoring if the development of that object is completed by the developer in time, sent for FUT & UAT post TUT and if no bugs then prepare TS document to be handed over to the respective PM of that project
  • If bugs are found post TUT either in FUT or UAT then rework of the same, along with registering data the nos. of bugs
  • Finally the TR nos. also to be registered in the centralized WRICEF tracker
  • Daily updates with 31 different status to be updated in the tracker as Development status and daily updates need to be updated by the developer and all this to be monitored on daily basis in the morning scrum call with the technical team
