• AX 2012 R3 has been implemented, responsible for offshore enhancement and ticket support delivery in AX 2012
• Extended support on Procurement & sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory & Warehouse Management and Trade Finance
• Ensure Track open ticket goals are always met, and track is in green (On target)
• All AMS Enhancements are delivered as per process and agreed date
• All high priority tickets are handled effectively as per process including communication on the same
• Understand urgencies and show flexibility in adjusting project/work priorities based on clients' business needs
• Ensure no response SLAs are breached and resolution SLA is greater than 98% always
• Control ageing of tickets
• Recommend business process and functional design for enhancement to ensure business to take correct decision on the new enhancement.

• Design team member in product development of an automotive importer management system (Enterprise solution) based on AX 2012/AX 365.
