Event-Driven Analysis (Understanding of market-moving corporate events and their impact on securities)

Financial Instrument Knowledge (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, REITs, ETFs)

Regulatory Compliance (Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and global regulatory requirements related to corporate actions)

Risk Management (Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in corporate action processing)

SWIFT Messaging & DTC Instructions (Handling corporate action-related instructions and settlement procedures)

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication (Creating reports for internal and external stakeholders)
