  • Conducting audit for the respective hub on a Weekly basis for Loss Prevention, Material Handling, Safety, Quality, Productivity, & Cost
  • Management of load processing at shipment and associate level
  • Ensure all EHS, regulatory & statutory compliance meet the regulatory standards
  • Report analysis related to metrics to achieve the targets
  • Identifying underperforming people in the system, & suggest improvements or resolutions to problem based on data analysis
  • Conducting daily briefing on the previous day performance to understand people where the hub numbers standing in the zone
  • Perform root cause analysis and translate them into actionable items to improve operational metrics
  • I coordinate with all the stakeholders Zonal & Central team to understand best practices to improve overall performance and provide performance scorecard to Management.

Process Associate

  • My designation is Process Associate in Operations where I have to take care of around 40 plus delivery boys and all the key metrics
  • Joined Amazon as a delivery boy then got promoted after 4 months as Station Support Associate
  • After working as SSA for 1 and a half year got promoted as Process Associate.

  • Also work as delivery boy in Shree Anjani Courier Services for 3 months.
