• Explaining vendors about clause in PO of working in client web tool called MAXIMO (ERP Software) and guiding them.
• Preparation of documents such as Engineering Schedules by collecting data from various documents like SPIR, Data sheet, General arrangement drawing and Detailed drawing.

Maintenance department:

• Assigning tasks to Technicians and Monitoring them such as routine maintenance of machines such as Plate bending machine, Hydraulic press, EOT crane, CNC machine, Rotator, Welding machine, Grinding machine, Oven and Normalizing furnace.
• Monitoring Technicians during breakdown of any electrical component or machine.
• Monitoring load during the operation of heavy machines and calculating the electrical load of plant, preparing requisition for the cables based on the power rating
• Maintaining a daily report of Machinery Maintenance

Production department:

• Receiving Fabrication sketches from Production Manager and Assigning tasks to Supervisors, Fitters, Welders, Flame cutters and
  Grinders.
• Drawing layout according to the given sketch in AutoCAD2D, then generate program in MOST 2D software and by transferring it to CNC flame cutting machine, monitor cutting process by guiding CNC operator.
• Movement of Heavy Equipment during (up to 20 Ton) using EOT crane.
• Gained technical knowledge in welding process.
• Preparing requisition for the transportation of Column using Axle
• Interaction and coordination with various department such as Quality Control, Electrical, Accounts and Stores
