  • Responsible for responding to and resolving complex customer problems via phone, email and remote access for Citrix products like (SDWAN, ADC, Citrix Gateway, Citrix cloud and Application Firewall)
  • Offline analysis of the logs and traces using Citrix tools, Wireshark, Fiddler, SAML debugger etc
