• Currently part of the Identity and access management Provisioning team for the US market leader in office retail "Staples inc." working alongside Remote windows support and service desk.
• Responsibilities include identity and access management of user account lifecycle, provisioning of various software accesses and servers along with mailboxes, security groups, AD groups, service/admin accounts and other office 365 components over the windows Active Directory services.
• Additional responsibilities include performing Termination Audits, providing vasco tokens, SharePoint admin, license admin and service desk admin through Microsoft admin center.
• Access Management and provisioning through Active Directory, CA-IDM, AzureAD and ARS.
• Provide support to end users on technical issues relating to Hardware, Software and Peripherals.
• Understanding business and evaluating technology needs.
• Analyzing and implementing efficient IT systems.
• Work on Client Servers like Windows, Citrix VDI, azure, active role servers.

• Data Centre Support (Process ITIL).
• Network Support.
• Work on Critical Network environment (Cisco).
• Mail Servers & Applications (Outlook, CMD).
