- Payroll Processing for different European and Asian countries. Currently handling India region (providing inputs to payroll team).
- Ad-hoc salary revisions, bonus plans, letter release and communication to respective HRBPs and managers.
- Compensation database management for the whole organization. Data upload and administration through Oracle.
- Handling Interim V-pay cycle for India and North America region as Project Leader.
- Being part of annual processes like Annual Compensation Review, Promotions, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives.
- Preparation of various reports like variable pay provisioning report, new joiners' salary provisioning and bonus provisioning.
- Annual Budgeting, Cost-Impact Analysis, Job Evaluation, Market Benchmarking, Market Research as per business requirements.
- Providing exit clearance to leavers from HR Compensation side.
- Working with IT Team for automation processes wherever possible.
- Solving employee queries through a dedicated mail box.
- Connecting with various stakeholders like finance team, payroll team, HRBPs as and when required.
