Lycamobile is a British Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) operating in 23 countries
Lycamobile leases radio frequencies from mobile phone network operators and forms partnerships with the operators in each country it serves
Initially Worked as Technical Support and developed my skills in Telecom domain by learning Location Update flow , Call ,SMS, Data ,USSD flows.
Then Promoted as Lead Engineer and handling the team of 20 and also was communicating with MNO and Service managers directly about the Technical Issues.
Then again worked as Feature Requirement Testing Engineer for Lycamobile client.
Has knowledge about RRBS Node - Bundle level configurations, Card ID creation, Roam Counter Configurations,Promo & Discount level configurations.
Knowledge in SIM Loading at NSS,OCS,BSS end.
Knowledge in Tag & String Level configurations in ESME application.
Also has knowledge in USSD application about Tag & Strings configurations.
Have Worked in Testbed & Production Oracle DB.
Installation, Integration, Configuration of NSS Applications (HLR/HSS, SCP, SMSC, PCRF, DNG)
Good experience in HLR Template creation,HSS proﬁle creation, Subscribers loading Subscriber/VLR/SGSN white listing and blocking
Worked in Online charging, Different types of tariﬀ and
Rate creation Bundles configuration, URL Based charging and Life cycle managements
Configuration of Rules, QoS Configuration, PCRF id creation in PCRF.
Have worked in HLR,SCP,CBOS,RRBS,USSD, ESME,SMSC.
New releases & patch deployment, Bug identification and reporting to R&D.
Escalating and coordinating with MNO, HUB,INTER-CONNECT for any CALL, SMS and Data issues.
Rule Set Configuration in SCP as per Technical agreement with MNO
Knowledge in GSM ,MAP, SS7, GPRS, LTE,SIGTRAN.
