• Prepares and verifies load documentation using approved systems and ensures timely dissemination to dispatch and cockpit crew

• Collaborates with IOCC and terminal teams to support the prioritization and timely clearance of critical flight movements

• Assists in coordinating with cargo, ramp, and baggage teams to re-accommodate offloaded items via alternate uplift options when required
