• Played a pivotal role in setting up of a Service Delivery Work Center in Hyderabad, India.
• Responsible for setting up of a team of over 150 resources to support IBM Bluesky APAC network estate that comprises of over 10000 network devices APAC-Wide including Switches, Routers, Wireless access points, Voice devices and Firewalls.
• Integral part of a team that successfully transitioned approximately twenty-five resources from ANZ to the new Service Delivery Work Center. This move resulted in a cost saving of 5 million dollars.
• Responsible for quality strategies, cost-cutting initiatives and streamlining of the operational workflow at the highest level.
• Prepare, gain approval, and track implementation of the annual budget to adhere to targets and financial protocols.
• Maximize revenue flows and minimize expenditure via diligent vendor selection and contract negotiation.
