• Leading and mentoring procurement team of 5 people
• Establishment of Procurement Department within WAISL Limited Core IT procurement (Local/Import) with procurement spend approx. 400-500 crores
• Shaping Procurement Policy, SOP's, Systems, Manpower, Compliance, and Governance Annual Budgeting, Cost Optimization, Spend and Cost analysis, CAPEX & OPEX, Saving Road Map Cross functions procurement and support–for Business Development, Operations and Project teams RFI/RFQ/RFX process, PR-PO, P2P (Procure to Pay)
• Executed Greenfield Project - GOA Airport, Brownfield Projects – Delhi & Hyderabad Airport through Negotiations, Vendor agreements, Rate contracts etc.
• Managed Vendor and their performances reviewed , Bank Guarantees management Strategic partnership for IT Categories- CCTV, Security, Datacenters, Hardware, Networking etc.
• Managed Partnerships with OEMs like Dell, HP, VMware, CISCO, Juniper and many more.
