Order Management work Experience
• Validation of PO copy received from the buyer and processing PO in SAP CRM tool.
• Conversion of quote or purchase order into sales order
• Validating all the orders in various parameters like stock availability, Order Type, On time delivery,Pricing, Inco terms and all other factors that support customer’s requirement.
• Processing of various order types like Stocking, Drop ship, Renewal & Services.
• Coordination with sales team to provide quote details to customer..
• Coordination with Expedite team to improve shipment dates.

• Co-ordination with Logistics department to get the shipment and tracking details.
• Handling Return Authorization Material (RMA) i.e., process of returning a product to receive a
refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.
• Tracking the order through OST website to provide order status to customer.
• Ability to understand the client requirement and deliver the same in an effective manner.
• Worked in special pricing team, especially to resolve the pricing issue on the order problem sales order number.
• Concentrated on various areas for betterment of process like Providing Training, Updating of Standard
Operating procedure, maintaining a process Turnaround time (TAT) to stabilize the process.
