• Advised Project team on various contractual issues to avoid disputes, Liquidated Damages , realization of claims etc.

• Roles and responsibilities:
• Managing all Contractual correspondences in respect of Cost Claims , Disputes, Extension of Time [EOT], Arbitrations, Vendor claims.
• Review and drafting of various types of contract and agreements such as Supply and service Subcontracts,settlement agreement, joint venture agreement, R&R , Land lease etc.
• Preparation of Cost claims, Prolongation claims, Variation etc in close co-ordination with project team, HR , Finance etc.
• Tracking and monitoring Contractual compliances of Insurances, Bank Guarantees ,Indemnity Bond, Taxation matters, Client Billing issues, Joint Venture Agreement, Power of Attorney etc .
• Assistance to legal team in respect of Arbitration, Legal notices, Litigation, IBC matters, legal notices,Taxation issues etc.
• Preparation of Budget, AOP, Cashflow , Delay Analysis, Statement of Claims,Risk and Opportunities register, IMS documentation.
• Appreciation of tender documents, Pre-bid query, risk management, cost management, etc.

2*300 MW Thermal Power Project of Reliance Power Ltd.

• Managed Contractual communications with Customer, Vendors, suppliers in respect of claims, EOT, LD, deviation from schedule etc.
• Preparation of Cost claims, Prolongation claims, Variation etc in close co-ordination with project team, HR , Finance etc.
• Accomplished seamless delivery in respect of compliances of BG, Insurances, Bonds , Indemnity etc without any financial implication.
• Enhanced efficiencies by due diligence and managed disputed avoidance in Key performances indices (KPI) based Contract for operational assets.
• Assisted legal team in Arbitration, litigation, Taxation matter etc.

Project: - 18 KM dedicated Overground Railway siding for 2*300 MW Thermal Power Project Designation.

• Resolved Contractual issues with Clients, Sub contractors for avoidance of dispute and clarity in implementation.
• Managed Contracts for Civil works, Traction power, track laying works, 220kV Transmission lines, switchyard, HT/LT motors, switchgear, transformer of BTG, BOP packages etc.
• Managed all contractual communications with sub contractor, Railways, PWD etc for all implementation issues, commercial issues etc and contractual matters.
• Verification of sub-contractor's cost claims, Extension of time claims, taxation , payment issues.
• Complied with critical contractual compliance such as Insurance, Bank guarantee , Insurance claims etc.
• Risk evaluation and mitigation measures to optimize project costs and implementation of CAPA.

Project /Plant -2*300 MW Thermal Power Project of Reliance Power Ltd.

• Erection, testing, commissioning of electrical packages 220kV Transmission lines, switchyard, HT/LT motors, switchgear, transformer of BTG, BOP packages etc.
• Liaison with government department like Electrical inspector office, State Electricity board, MIDC etc for completion of package deliverables.
• Government permission – ROW permissions, Open access, Grid connectivity, Electrical inspector permission, Building occupancy certificate, Section 164 (Telegraph authority permission) etc.
• Safety: –Ensuring Zero accidents by adherence with permit to work guidelines in SAP PM module, HIRA OSHAS guidelines,LOTO.

Project- 2*300 MW Thermal Power Project of Reliance Power Ltd

• Established 50 MW of long term power supply agreement with Industries by way of lead generation, query resolution over saving, Power supply agreements.
• Establishment of Grid connectivity, BPTA and Power trade agreement with MSETCL & open access agreement.
• Erection, testing, commissioning of electrical packages 220kV Transmission lines, switchyard, HT/LT motors, switchgear, transformer of BTG, BOP packages.
