  Details: The 311 System has been developed to offer a fully customizable interface that enables a city
  to efficiently address the requests of its citizens. This system provides a solid foundation for
  municipalities to seamlessly manage citizen engagement and deliver citizen services across
  various communication channels such as phone, web, mobile, and social media.
  Responsibilities: During my role, I handled tasks such as R&D related to Digital Engagement, debugging code, creating packages, customizing implementations
  based on specific city requirements, performing org refreshes, converting Process Builder to
  flows, implementing GIS features, utilizing Custom Metadata and Custom
  Settings, integrated Apex with flows, and deployed code to various orgs using change sets. To ensure code backup, I utilized Git branches
