Worked as a Business Analyst for about 3 years in Technology Business Unit, Next Gen Sales Excellence in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Analysis, CRM and GTM Strategy for the Vice President’s team. Here is a brief description of some of my key responsibilities:

  • Business Planning for the entire TBU – designing the business plan every year by gathering the data from all the accounts, the financial projections, targets for all the quarters in the upcoming financial year and a competitive analysis w.r.t each account & service line.   • Performed various CSRs (Catalogue Service Requests) to mitigate the risk of any data discrepancy.
  • Worked with the Project Manager in maintaining the Operations Stability of Sourcing CLM Application, and meeting the SLAs on time.
  • Provided Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) to Ericsson by creating many Knowledge Articles which help the users solve certain recurring issues without having to interact with the support, thereby ensuring smoother running of the Application.
  • Coordinated the Technical Release of Sourcing CLM Application
  • Interacted with various teams (BASIS, Security, Applications Development, Ericsson Buyer), which are involved in the Upgrade of the Application as well as the Business in order to ensure a hassle-free upgrade.
