Project:

Dakshineswar Rani Rasmoni Skywalk (First ever constructed Skywalk in Kolkata as well as West
Bengal and one of the finest structures of India constructed for pilgrims, which does connect the
Dakshineshwar Metro/Dakshineshwar Railway station and The Dakshineshwar Kali Temple as a 350m
long structure causing traffic de-congestion, pilgrims’ easy access and tourists’ attraction.)

Key Deliverables:

Project Execution: Execution of project (RCC work, Steel Structure work) as per approved technical
specifications (Drawings, Methodology etc.).

Project Billing: Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and calculation of executed and to be
executed quantity as per project schedule and prepare subcontractor and Client bills accordingly.

This engagement was on Behalf of Hooghly River Bridge Commissioners under Senior Project Engineer-III for which these below mentioned daily activities were carried out,

• Collaborated with engineering team to determine project specifications.
• Preparation of Tender documents: Preparation of draft Tender documents for Architectural Consultancy tender, Construction Tender, Supervision Consultancy Tender and getting verified by Higher Management.
• Tender floating: Floating of respective tenders and follow up against next course of actions.
• Tender evaluation: Evaluation of bidders as per tender qualification criteria and preparation of tender evaluation report for all participated bidders.
• Estimation of various projects: Preparation of estimates, revised estimates as and when required.
• Contract documents and all related documents: Preparation of Contract agreement, Contract
  Document and all other pre-execution and post-execution documents in accordance to the respective projects/tenders.

Key Deliverables:

• Execution: Training on site execution as per detailed drawing, follow up and preparation on daily activities (preparation of DPR, labour reports etc.)
• Tender & Contract: Detail study on tender documents & contract documents, preparation of executive summary of important clauses, assistance in preparation of documents related to tender participation.
