• Create and maintain a product roadmap based on customer feedback (NPS), business goals, and market opportunities.

• Lead development process for payment products, including defining requirements and prioritizing features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, commercials and Payment service providers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Lead several projects to launch our product in many regions mainly in Europe and US.

• Collaborate with Product team and other relevant stake holders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams. Ensuring that documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional and engineering teams to communicate and manage technical dependencies.
