Thesis Title: Nephrotoxicity of cadmium sulphide nanoparticles on Wistar rats.
Supervisor: Dr. Yeshvandra Verma
Summary: In my thesis work I investigated cytotoxicity, genotoxicity and systematic(kidney/liver) toxicity of cadmium sulphide nanoparticles on wistar rats. Explored the mechanisms of oxidative stress, generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), production of metallothionein, accumulation of metals, levels of antioxidants, DNA damage, cell death, histopathological changes, and immuno-histochemical alterations following exposure to cadmium sulphide nanoparticles
Summer Training at CDRI, Lucknow: Worked on "Effect of Estrogen on ROS Generation in Breast Cancer
