I’m an HR Executive at Psiog. My work sits between two sides of HR: Employee Engagement, where I help create experiences people enjoy, and HR operations, where I make sure everything behind the scenes is accurate and organised. I enjoy both equally.
On the engagement side, I work on initiatives, activities and recognition programs that help people feel connected to their teams and to the company.
On the operations side, I support the processes that keep the employee experience running smoothly, including onboarding, documentation and recruitment coordination.
I also serve as a PoSH Coordinator, helping keep the workplace safe and respectful, and I’m a Certified Naukri Maestro Recruiter.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. I began at Psiog as an HR Associate Trainee and have grown into my current role by learning on the job.
I believe a good workplace needs both: people who feel valued, and processes they can rely on.
