• Procurement / Material Management
• Supply chain management of all electronics components like LED’s, (IMPORT) PCB assemblies from domestic suppliers & Wire harness, rubber Parts, Plastic parts, PCB LED & packing material.
• Handling procurement activities for Wire harness child parts Import planning
• To prepare and release the Forecast (RPS) on time to suppliers mentioning firm and tentative requirements, considering the lead time.
• Monitoring stock levels. Maintaining optimum inventory level as per norms. Inventory monitoring at all Stages-Store stock, assembly line, supplier ends
• Co-coordinating with Marketing Team, Project Managers and the clients; monitoring / discussing project status; reviewing during the course of review meetings. Ensuring smooth function of SCM.
• Sourcing alternate suppliers for BOM & Non BOM items, cost reduction, localization, better quality & service
• Prepare SCM MIS report (MP-CP, Cost reduction plan, Delivery rating, No of line stoppage No of Inventory (Import & Local), permissible purchase, premium freight, capacity sheet supplier, best & worst supplier list.
• VAVE projects. Cost negotiation
• Assuring day to day material procurement for production assembly line.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Development of New Components & New Vendors
• Responsible for control of the products from the initials stage to Mass production with the coordination of production department, purchase department & warehouse, quality department, engineering department and objectives, maintaining and developing customer relationship, ensuring company policies are adhered to, pay deal negotiating and Reporting to Manager.
