WCP provides information related to the measure of the bank's ability to generate earnings per client serviced compared to its expenses and other costs incurred. Wealth Management Data Team is responsible to support several data sets (such as Positions/Transactions/Account-Summary/Open Taxlots) spanning across different Account platforms such as OMNI, Olympic, SCPP and ECD. Data Team ensures data is loaded into Data Reservoir (DR) from various Source of records (SOR) which does load data into Cassandra database. Data Platform Services (DPS) team is responsible for Read-Write capabilities support both Internal and external consumer requirements across different data sets.

JP Morgan Chase’s two major front end applications Work Station (For Internal Users e.g.: Portfolio Managers, Investors, Bankers etc.) and Morgan Online (Client Facing Application) before implementation of this project has the ability to show only positions/transactions as of yesterday’s Close of Business within Client’s accounts. With the growing expectations from Clients, Private Bank decided to add this functionality in phases and started showing up positions/transactions that been traded Intraday within Brokerage accounts.
RBC EXPRESS TERM & UW PHASE 2 is a development and enhancement project, which provides the Insurance cover for the users eligible according to the company norms and conditions. Besides it is used for Quote generation, new business Application Entries, few Policy Administration activities and Correspondence Creation.
