Digital Customer Identity & Authentication (CIA) product enables the identification and authentication of Chase Digital Customers through Chase.com and the Chase mobile Apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborated with cross-functions team for onboarding 3rd party businesses such as Auto Loan, CashFlow 360, Property Search feature etc. into Chase.com (and mobile App) based on SAML protocol based interactions

WCP provides information related to the measure of the bank's ability to generate earnings per client serviced compared to its expenses and other costs incurred. In recent times, the increasingly competitive financial services landspace has led the banks to rethink their client servicing strategies keeping in mind the rigid Return on Equity (ROE) conditions to which they have to adhere. Addressing each client with right investment strategy may be the only difference in retaining vs. losing a customer.
