Command Center:

• Run SQL scripts to extract data from SQL databases.
• Coordinating with different application teams for resolving the issues reported by users and alerts generated by App-dynamics tool.
• Testing basic application workflow after every deployment and issue resolution .
• Maintained and updated records for the issues occurred and steps taken to resolve them.
• Regular interactions with application vendor team, IT infrastructure team.
• Working on proprietary software, AppDynamics, BSM (HP) for application performance monitoring and Manual/Sanity Testing
• Diagnosis, Log analysis for Troubleshooting exact issue & Resolving of application related errors & performance issues
• Handling second/third level queries of clients/operation team and give them resolution over net meeting or over telecom and over mail.
• Monitoring and testing of over fifty applications on a regular basis; generation of daily and monthly performance reports
• Interaction with clients, developers and application support team .

Service & Operations Team :

• Planning and budgeting for IT Cloud Project .
• Vendor Management and Invoice clearance for the Cloud migration project
• ARCOS management for AWS Infrastructure.
• Disaster Recovery Drill Management for applications having DR site like checking the readiness of DR servers and implementing all the pre-requisite
• Application support and providing user access for TFS .
