• Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
• Quantity take out for Reinforcement,Concrete,Shuttering, PT strand, AAC blockwork,plastering work
• BBS preparation for client billing.
• Preparation of Quantity variation as BOQ and approval from client.
• Extra item preparation.
• Monthly MIS report preparation for Management.
• Preparation of Monthly Budget from Monthly look ahead plan.
• WDA ( Work Done Authentication) preparation and approve it from Project Manager.
• Monthly reconciliation of Reinforcement,RMC, Shuttering, PT strands.
• Subcontractor Management in SAP
• Vendor registration,Comparative statement, Approval Note, Purchase order preparation, Bill booking in SAP, Monthly vendor Quantity recon. with client certified quantities.
• Monthly closure with all departments Store,safety,Quality,Planning,Commercial,Execution.
• Site visits- Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
• Preparation of RFI and approval from Client.
