Anti-Rakuten Sentiment Detection: Detect anti-Rakuten movements (such as litigation-related) in SNS accounts and perform sentiment analysis and quickly cooperate with corporate attorneys and internal stakeholders to take corrective actions.
RTS Finance Agent: Automated the extraction of data from contract documents using Copilot Studio and updated journal entries with Power Automate Desktop, improving data accuracy and reducing manual processing time.
UX Room Reservation System: Designed and implemented an automated UX Room Reservation System using Copilot Studio, streamlining the booking process and improving resource management.
TechHR RTO Collection: Implemented an automation solution for the TechHR team to collect and manage Return-to-Office (RTO) information using Power Automate and Power Apps, improving HR workflow efficiency and data tracking.
