- I am currently working as Mainframe Automation Engineer in DXC and I am supporting the major customers like Zurich North America, Nissan, Sabre and Synchrony
- Supporting Automation team for above customers, like z/OS 2.5 upgrades for synchrony account, Migration project for zurich (Af/operator to system automation)
- I am working in Zurich Migration project (Af/operator to System Automation tool)
- I've been involved in Disaster Recovery efforts for Zurich North America and in DR activities for Synchrony Bank.
- We have migrated 6 lpars out of 25 lpar, we have completed the setup in Test lpars and Sandbox lpars and now we are working in development lpar
- We have configured the 6 lpars and completed automation setup for 6 lpars, following are the steps we completed for setup: First, we have configured the lpars and created the policy database to setup automation policies
- Added Started tasks, message rules, timers, MVS components, startup, stop commands, dependency/relationship, etc
- Performed multiple IPL's to test the complete setup as part of migration work and analyzed the issues and worked on that issues to test for another IPL
- Helping synchrony bank to be on the top of OS releases
- I've been supporting 2.5 upgrade and checking the automation tasks are working fine
- Helped customer to setup the Broadcom Automation in Zurich North America account
- I have added Automation rules, STC's, message rules, schedules in foremost and farmers systems
