My key responsibilities include:

  • Outbound Calls: Conducting 100-150 outbound calls daily to reach potential candidates, explain the benefits of our programs, and gauge their interest in applying.
  • Profile Scouting: Utilizing multiple platforms such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Apna, and JobHai to scout and identify suitable candidates for various positions. This involves reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and shortlisting potential hires.
  • Interview Coordination: Managing the interview scheduling process within and outside the organization. This includes coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to set up.

The process.

  • Client Collaboration: Working closely with external clients to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing candidates according to their specifications, and facilitating the interview process to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieving monthly revenue targets ranging from 6 Lakh to 10 Lakh, depending on the ticket size of the external clients we work with.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate and current information, aiding in the efficient management of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Reporting: Providing regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team, helping to refine strategies and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
  • This role has significantly enhanced my skills in communication, candidate sourcing, client management, and data organization, contributing to the success of our recruitment efforts at Crack-ED.
  • Maintaining the Corporate-wise trackers.
